We planned on a whole day at Triton to pick out multiple tiles - for floor, bathroom and kitchen backsplash applications - and kitchen countertops. Amanda Jordan happened to be free when we came in. Do not go into this showroom without making an appointment with Amanda!!
She made our selection of tiles and countertops a great (versus dreaded) experience! We didn’t know what we wanted - ceramic, porcelain, granite, quartzite- Amanda walked us through the pros and cons of each and made the time to understand our taste, style and color preferences.
We are completely delighted and confident in all of our selections!! Thank you Amanda!!! ❤️💐❤️

Living in another state, it was very difficult to pick out counter tops. Amanda was such a huge help. I sent her a picture of the colors and pattern I was looking for. Having so much variation in fantasy brown, she hunted for what I was looking for and sent pics of slabs she found. The colors in the slabs weren't coming out great in the emailes. She assured me the colors in the slabs I chose were much better in person and just like the pics I originally sent her. The counters look amazing, thanks Amanda!!

I was searching for my stone at 3 different companies in the area. By far, they were #1 in customer service. They had 3 slabs brought in from Raleigh because they didn't have the color I wanted at their location. When I came back in to approve the slabs which I needed in a hurry, everyone was so kind to me and my husband. They even gave me a bouquet of flowers. I highly recommend Triton in Portsmouth.

A special thanks to Amanda Jordan for taking time to walk us around to find the perfect stone for our kitchen remodel! We were a walk in and she made us feel at home. She allowed us to take our time and when I saw the perfect stone, she helped in every way. We would recommend you to go visit her if needing beautiful countertops!

As a realtor of 32 years, I have helped buyers and sellers choose solid surface counter tops many times along the way. This is the first time I have shopped for myself (to get my home ready to sell). Yes, I was content with my Formica counter tops for all of these years! My home is a coastal one and my heart was set on Fantasy Brown hard marble/dolamite/quartzite and often referred to as granite. I wanted stone with gray green blue veining & two slabs not less than 117" in length. Not an easy task.

Corine at Triton Stone Group stuck with me and text messaged photos of every stone they had that might work, then updated the texts along the way until a photo of slabs she sent was close to perfect so I trekked from Virginia Beach to Portsmouth to see the slabs in person. The slabs was just what I was after and finally my exhausting search was over!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful and kind Corine was to me throughout this entire process. As a business woman who deals with a lot of different people in various businesses, I was blown away by how patient and persevering Corine was. In fact, I don't think I've ever dealt with anyone that accommodating.

I learned that Triton has warehouses in Raleigh & Richmond that they can pull stones from to be shipped to Portsmouth. Corine connected me with one of the staff in Raleigh who was kind enough to text photos of slabs there that might be good matches for my goal. (Kudos to Ms. Yosra in Raleigh who wonderfully & patiently assisted Corine in helping find the perfect stone.)

At a time when customer service seems to be lacking across all types of businesses, this excellent experience reminded me of the kind of customer service provided in the good ole days.

I give Triton Stone the highest possible recommendation and especially Corine and her Raleigh associate, Ms. Yosra, for going above and beyond what I ever expected.

Heather and Lucy make a great team! They are so friendly and willing to assist me and my clients. Triton Stone has a great selection of countertop and tile materials. We recently completed a remodel for which we engaged David Weiner, at Triton Stone In Portsmouth
, to select a backsplash to bring together wood floor and granite countertops which didn’t quite work out the way we thought they would. David was outstanding to work with and he, seemingly effortlessly, captured our vision. We followed his recommendations and can't believe how awesome this turned out. This is the second time we have worked with David and now we wouldn’t go to anyone else. He has earned our highest recommendation.

David Weiner was absolutely instrumental in our decision to purchase our stone and tile floor from Triton in Portsmouth, VA. Working with Triton Stone, specifically David Weiner, in the planning and selection of stone products for our new house could not have been a more positive experience.

This was our first time building a house and we weren't sure what we were doing or where to even begin the design and selection process of tile and countertops. Since we live 3 states away from our new home, we were nervous about what we were doing and didn't want to make any costly mistakes. Luckily, our kitchen design center introduced us to David at Triton Stone of Portsmouth.

From the moment we walked in the door, we knew that David was the
person to help us design our space, select beautiful Triton products, and guide us on this journey. He was a great listener and helped us to mesh our ideas with exciting and beautiful materials. David's ideas were fresh and fun! It was obvious that he was very knowledgeable and experienced and could really help us pick the most personalized products that Triton has to offer and maximize our resources to create a beautiful atmosphere in our home.

I absolutely LOVE bringing my clients to view slabs, tile, and plumbing fixtures at Triton Stone in Portsmouth. Each time I go in I am greeted by a friendly face at the front desk. The showroom is always so neat, tidy, and organized. I have been working with David Weiner for almost 10 years now and he is the best! Every interaction with him has been nothing short of amazing. He makes my job as a fellow designer so much easier and I just love to collaborate with him on jobs. David has such a keen eye for what goes together and his customer service is exceptional!
