Customer Credit Application

Bank reference authorization. Applicant authorizes the bank listed above to release customary commercial credit information to Triton Stone Group or its designated credit insurer, subject to the bank’s policies.

For value received and in consideration of Triton Stone Group extending credit to the applicant, the undersigned guarantor unconditionally and personally guarantees prompt payment of all debts and obligations now or later owed by the applicant. If the applicant fails to pay an amount when due, the guarantor agrees to pay it upon demand, together with lawful collection costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees. This continuing guarantee remains effective until written revocation is received and accepted. Revocation applies only to future obligations and does not affect obligations previously incurred.
