Our experience with Triton Stone Group in Huntsville was absolutely phenomenal from the very first visit to the final delivery. Stephanie is a design wizard! She spent hours with us, patiently navigating through dozens of tile types and sizes to bring my wife's dream vision to life. Through every change we made, she was incredibly supportive and found innovative ways to make our budget work without sacrificing the high-end look we wanted.
The exceptional service didn't stop in the showroom. On delivery day, our unloading crew was a no-show, leaving me to move two heavy pallets of tile alone. Without a moment's hesitation, the Triton delivery driver jumped in and helped me unload everything as if he were part of my own team. He worked tirelessly to get all the heavy tile from the street, up the driveway, and stacked neatly in our garage. I was so grateful I tried to buy him lunch, but he kindly refused and said he was just happy to help.

I recently had my kitchen remodeled and my contractor sent me to Triton Stone to pick out countertops and a backsplash. Courtney Green helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for and now that everything is in I absolutely love my new kitchen. I expected the process to be totally overwhelming but Courtney made everything so easy. She has been so helpful at every step along the way and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
Triton is a great place if you are in search of flooring. My wife and I researched and ‘interviewed’ several tile stores in Huntsville. Every business we checked, until Triton, had tile that was discontinued. Triton was the first that removed all discontinued tile, so the tile we liked was available. Stephanie was our consultant and what a great job she did.

Triton Stone has a wide selection, beautiful products. However, when we looked and chose a granite piece, they sent us a heavyset young man, Daniel. His partner is Jonathan, and Daniel's mother Amanda, may or not work for Triton. They did an inferior job of install, chipped 2 pieces from our slab, was assured could repair, but the repair was sloppy, and they refuse to stand by their work! I will not use their business for our installation needs again! Otherwise, Triton itself has a great reputation!

Ryan, the Operations Manager was great working with us to select our kitchen countertop. We checked other places, but wound up back at Triton as they had the best and largest selection in their warehouse. Ryan also suggested a Blanco kitchen sink which blended well with the design and color we choose for the kitchen countertop. Ryan was very helpful, professional, and patient until we were satisfied with our selection. I do recommend Triton Stone.
Kay is wonderful! Even after coming in multiple times to look at different slabs to find just the right one, she remained patient and kind, helping me through the process. As a local business owner, I very much appreciate the value in great customer service! I would recommend Triton to anyone looking for the perfect stone for their home. Five stars!
This is my second time to do a project with Triton Stone in Huntsville. They have an excellent selection of materials. They are very knowledgeable and very willing to help you find the perfect piece for your project. Both pieces we ended up using they had shipped from another facility so that we could see it in person before deciding. I have had the pleasure of using Kay both times. I would highly recommend using Triton Stone of Huntsville.
Every time I walk in the door I am greeted with friendly, smiling faces. The employees make sure I have everything I need. Betty is especially good at helping me or my clients select colors for tile and granite. She always knows what is the best look for any project. Great prices, great showroom, great people.
