Triton Stone Group of Birmingham recently hosted the 2024 Natural Stone Institute Alabama Stone Summit, along with a Wine and Stone CEU even the night before. This partnership with the Natural Stone Institute provided industry professionals with a valuable opportunity to learn, network and discuss best practices.
The Stone Summit, led by Black Christensen of Valley View Granite, focused on helping guests diversify their businesses, improve efficiency, and adhere to industry standards. Attendees gained insights on how to enhance their companies and stay competitive in the market.
The Wine and Stone CEU event, hosted by Mark Meriaux from the Natural Stone Institute, offered a unique perspective on the characteristics of different types of stone. Guests learned about the factors that determined the hardness, softness, veining, and patterns of natural stone. Additionally, they discovered how to create appeal for natural stone by sharing compelling stories about its unique qualities and performance.
